Fat grafting is a minimally invasive procedure that involves taking small amounts of fat from one part of the body, removing the impurities and re-injecting it where it is needed. This fat can be implanted to the lips, cheeks, the nasolabial folds, the under eye area, as well as other areas. This procedure may be performed alone, or in conjunction with other procedures, such as facelift, brow lift or cheek implants.
This procedure is performed on an outpatient basis at our plastic surgery Dallas office. Surgery is performed under IV sedation. Full makeup can be worn within one week.
